On Monday June 30, the Commission will hold a press conference at 1pm in Room 1190 of the State Capitol in Sacramento to announce its tenth, and final, report. This report concerns the fair administration of the death penalty in California. The report will be available to download on the Commission's website by 9am on June 30th.

The press conference concludes the Commission's fact-finding and reporting duties as mandated by Senate Resolutions 44 and 10. The Commission's website will remain active for 10 years and will be updated with our Final Report and Recommendations in July. The Final Report and Recommendations will be a compilation of all ten previously published reports and background information about the Commission and its process.
