On October 17, the Commission will convene for both a public hearing and a private Commission meeting on the campus of Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. The topic will be Remedies for Wrongful Conviction

The public hearing will take place from 9:30 a.m. to noon in the Kennedy Commons at Santa Clara University. For more information about the public hearing, the witness list, and the focus questions, click here .

The afternoon Commission meeting, closed to the public, should conclude by 4 p.m.
