| Judge Moulds is a Magistrate for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. He was appointed as United States Magistrate Judge in 1986 and served as Chief Magistrate Judge from 1987 through 1997. He was also President of the Federal Magistrate Judges' Association from 1992-93. |
